NOW Solutions Magnesium Topical Spray is a pure, highly concentrated, topical magnesium chloride solution sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands. This magnesium spray is easily applied and non-greasy. Four sprays provides approximately 66 mg of elemental magnesium. The mineral magnesium is well known for its relaxing properties, and can help play a role in providing relief from everyday minor aches and pains.

Suggested Use: Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area. It may feel slightly oily at first, but will absorb quickly, as it is not an oil. If white salt residue appears on application area, simply wipe clean. For a foot soak, add 30 – 60 mL to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.
